Comac HP4000: an even more powerful road sweeper thanks to TwinAction technology

The Comac HP4000 road sweeper combines the performances of two cleaning machines in one, collecting both fine dusts and bulkier residues

HP4000 is the new Comac’s street sweeper able to bring with it the new era of excellence in urban and industrial cleaning. Design to excel in various environments including urban areas, industrial facilities, cement plants and warehouses, HP4000 is equipped with the TwinAction technology, able to combine the strength of the mechanical action, aimed at collecting large residue, with the effectiveness of the vacuum action for finer dust. This means that excellent results can be achieved with one machine and in just one pass.

The HP4000 is characterized by details that can make it unique, as the rotating shaft with hammers to easily collect even large residue, which will then be shredded, without the risk of clogging the vacuum channel. The filters with chich the HP4000 is equipped allow it to trap PM10 and PM2.5 particulate matter, thereby releasing clean air back into the environment.

Designed to work without water, which is in fact used in auxiliary functions to abate dust on the side brushes, when dumping waste and in the pressure washer. By dry scrubbing there is therefore a great economic benefit in the dumping phase, as a dry debris load will remain dry and therefore weight much less than a wet waste load. This allow you to save up to 150,000 litres of water in a year.

Great performance packed into a machine, HP4000 is equipped with a sweeping system designed to ensure maximum efficiency and characterized by adjustable left and right side brushes, kit side brush tracking to constantly follow the machine’s progress and ensure excellent cleaning results even on bends. The street sweeper is also equipped with a swinging brush that can also arrive at edges and pavements for reach even the most distant debris and then directs it towards the central brush.

Comfort and safety are two important elements of HP4000, which stands out from other sweepers for the fully glazed cabin, able to provide the operator with complete visibility of the outside. The pneumatic driver’s seat is comfortable and insulated by anti-vibration mounts to ensure a comfortable and smooth ride, even after many hours of work. The simple and use-friendly operating controls are grouped in the centre console and at the front of the armrest, all easily accessible from the working position.

Thanks to the 10-inch touch screen display, you can control the working functions choosing the most suitable one for the situation to be faced, HP4000 is also equipped with Easy Fleet technology that allows you to better manage the work of sweepers, detecting anomalies in real time, to promptly intervene in case of need.

Activated with a simple click, the HP4000 is extremely safe, interactive and able to adapt to any situation thanks to the 3 configurations available: municipal, cement and heavy industry, designed for different situations.
