OMCR - INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS

In 1980 OMCR SRL, a precision machining workshop, was established, soon specializing in the production of normalized mold parts. The success and great drive for innovation in recent years have contributed to a future-oriented growth, with continuous investment in the latest technologies and a production plant of over 4,000 sqm.

Having installed a highly automated plant to ensure efficiency and production continuity even during unmanned hours, OMCR began to experiment with and share a widespread problem among manufacturing companies, the management of the excessive accumulation of mechanical processing waste, a burden for companies from an economic, logistical and sustainability point of view. 

From this corporate challenge comes the birth of the OMCR Industrial Solutions division with a clear mission: to propose smart-green solutions aimed at the industry world for the optimization of production processes and treatment of industrial waste. The BSH represents the reliable solution that can turn waste into a resource, allowing to:

• recover up to 90% of expensive cutting fluids
• reduce chip volume by up to 80%, resulting in reduced skip handling
• eliminate the risk of spills of environmentally harmful fluids and limit CO2 emissions, thanks to efficient transportation
• manage its operation remotely, as per Industry 4.0 requirements
• increase scrap yield at the foundry, allowing for a better selling price
