Alertlux smoke and heat exhaust system
The SCOBALIT Alertlux heat and smoke evacuator is mounted on the roofs by means of a Coverlink base or on a concrete curb; in the event of a fire, it puts the underlying rooms in direct communication with the outside, allowing the free vent of smoke and heat.
The evacuator is composed of a transparent fiberglass or acrylic dome mounted on a double frame of extruded and anodized aluminum; an anti-condensation sheet in polycarbonate with a thickness of 10 mm is positioned under the dome. A frame is fixed to the base or to the curb, the other can be opened with a window effect by means of one or more pneumatic cylinders which are activated by a safety circuit consisting of a thermosensitive bulb and a CO2 bottle.
The equipment is completed by a spoiler in pre-painted sheet metal, arranged on three sides, which has the purpose of avoiding the vortices of outgoing air. The evacuator complies with fire regulations and is subject to periodic maintenance as required by UNI 9494.
