The ATISacer 150 manipulator with articulated arms and double-rope vertical movement is suitable for application in workstations where space is limited by various types of overall dimensions. It has a pneumatic system which allows handling both when empty and when loaded in a balanced state and is equipped with standard hook box or with specific gripping systems.
The manipulator is equipped with a certified reserve tank to allow the operator to complete the work cycle in the event of a drop in the network pressure, as well as being equipped with a double safety rope system. Disc brakes with double brake pad are installed both on the main axle and on the intermediate joint.
ATISacer rope manipulators are available in all configurations:

• fixed column on the floor
• column with self-stable base
• wall unit
• sliding wall unit on airways

The dimensions of the manipulator vary according to the flow rate; the system that regulates the operation is powered only by the mains air. The values of the technical specifications are purely indicative and can be increased and decreased by the technical office  to adapt to specific customer requests.
