HP4000 is the new street sweeper performing and powerful, projected to take the cleaning performance to the next level. Thanks to the TwinAction System, HP4000 manages to combine the strength of the mechanical action, aimed at collecting larger residue, with the effectiveness of the vacuum action for finer dust. This means that excellent results can be achieved with just one machine and just one pass.
Great performance packed into a machine, HP4000 is equipped with a rotating shaft with hammers to easily collect even large residue, which will then be shredded, without the risk of clogging the vacuum channel. The shredded waste will then be deposited in the collection hopper that will fill more slowly than a traditional sweeper, thus allowing an economic and time saving during emptying operations.
The HP4000 is designed to work without water, saving 150,000 litres of water per year. Water is in fact used only in auxiliary functions to abate dust on the side brushes, when dumping waste and in the pressure washer.
The HP4000 is characterized by a sweeping system designed to ensure maximum efficiency, is equipped with adjustable left and right brushes, kit side tracking to constantly follow the machine’s progress and ensure excellent results, kit brush pressure adjustment on the ground to best suit any surface. A swinging brush is able to move from right to left to pick up residue deposited on both sides of the road in a single pass.
The fully glazed cab with pneumatic driver’s seat, comfortable and insulated by anti-vibration mounts, ensure a comfortable and smooth ride, even after many hours of work.
The rear view camera also allows complete visibility of the surrounding space to facilitate manoeuvring and allow the sweeper to move even in confined spaces. The simple and intuitive controls are grouped on the centre console and the front of the armrest, all easily accessible from the working position.
