The directly coupled boxed fans of the ELEKTOVENT CH-Box-HT series are designed and built according to the European directive EN 12101-3 with certification issued by a qualified independent body and are used in industries, shopping centres, schools, hospitals, and theaters and underground car parks.

They convey clean air and non-dusty fumes up to a maximum temperature of 120°C in continuous service or in case of emergency at a temperature of 400°C for 120 minutes (F400), they are installed outside the fire risk area and the The range includes ten models with impeller diameters from 350 to 700 mm and with air flows up to 16,000 m³/h, maximum pressures available up to 1,000Pa.

The load-bearing structure is in aluminum sections with angles and double-walled impeller side panels, with internal self-extinguishing sound-absorbing material 25mm thick, motor side in simple panelling. The special electric motor for high temperatures placed in a separate chamber with respect to the impeller makes this boxed fan also perfect for the suction of high temperature air in continuous service as well as in emergency situations. The possibility of easy access to the impeller for cleaning operations is also particularly appreciated.
