ALTECH manufactures and markets complex systems and systems for labeling, coding, identification, decoration and sealing of products and materials in general using self-adhesive labels.

The ALTECH range of labellers includes:

ALstep low-cost self-adhesive label applicators: compact and economical, modular and flexible design, can be integrated into already functioning packaging lines without altering their productivity
ALmatic semiautomatic labeling machines: the operator manually places the product to be labeled on the trolley and operates the control handle, while the labeling machine provides for the dispensing of the label and its application; suitable for bottles, flacons and jars, flat or elliptical (ALmatic E) or for cylindrical products (ALmatic C) of variable diameter
ALritma hi-tech high-performance labeling heads: thanks to its innovative design it can be easily integrated into packaging lines where high production yields and reliability are indispensable requirements; also available with thermal transfer printing unit in the ALritmaT version, for print / apply applications
ALline linear labeling systems for front / back and wrap-around labeling of bottles, cans, bottles of any shape and format: totally renewed modular design, configurable according to customer needs, integrate the ALstep and/or ALritma heads
self-adhesive labeling systems for pharmaceutical products ALpharma: advanced performances, expressly developed to adapt to the stringent constraints imposed by the pharmaceutical industry and declined for specific applications (ALpharma A for the labeling of vials, ALpharma B for the labeling of cartons, ALpharma C for bottle labeling)
ALcode real-time label printing and application systems for labeling and coding of boxes, bundles and pallets: modular design with the possibility of thermal transfer printing of texts and barcodes on labels and applying them in real time; the ALcode P version can print and apply A5 format labels on two consecutive sides of pallets with performance up to 120 pallets / h
SATO thermal transfer printers for text, graphics and bar codes one of the most prestigious families of label printers: the ALprint range includes various models with different characteristics, for paper widths from 100 to 160 mm, printing speeds up to 300 mm/s, resolution of 8 or 12 points / mm
